The seismic stability is a parameter of buildings and structures, describing degree of their resistance to the earthquake in the antiseismic construction, which is a branch of civil construction, specializing in the area of buildings and structures behavior under seismic load. Seismic stability certificate (seismic resistance certificate) – is a voluntary certificate in system GOST R confirming the conformity of products resistance to the earthquake action (mainly on the scale MSK-64). Seismic stability certificate is issued based ion the test report (calculations) in the specialized testing centers.
