Industrial safety Export conclusion and Explanatory letters
IndustrialSafety Expert Conclusions and Explanatory Letters of Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision (Rostekhnadzor); Industrial Safety Expert Conclusion shall be held by an expert organization to assess whether the actual state of the industrial facility (equipment) complies with the federal safety requirements of the Russian Federation. Purpose and result of the Industrial Safety Expert Review shall be obtaining of expert organization conclusion containing well-founded conclusions on compliance or non-compliance of the hazardous industrial facility with the requirements and regulations for industrial safety as adopted by the Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision.
