ITINERARY-1
CLASSICAL TIBET TOUR - (TOUR CODE-CTI-CTT/091)

DURATION: 12 Nights / 13 Days
DESTINATIONS COVERED: Delhi-Agra-Delhi-Kathmandu-Lhasa-Drepung-Sera-Gyantse-Shigatse-Lhasa
 

Day 01: Delhi
Arrive Delhi, Meet and greet services at Rly Stations or Airport, check in at hotel, evening free for shopping. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 02: Delhi
after breakfast visit for local sightseeing Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Lotus Temple, Qutab Minar, India gate, Parliament Street etc. Overnight in the hotel.

Day03: Delhi-Agra
Early in the morning after breakfast proceed to Agra, on route visit Sikandra then visit to baby Taj. Procede to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day04:Agra-Delhi-Kathmandu
Morning breakfast then visit to world famouse, the symbole of love Taj Mahal. Then proceed to Delhi. On arrival transfer to the International airport for onward journey to Kathmandu.

Day05:-Kathmandu
Pick up from airport and transfer to Hotel. 

Day06:-Kathmandu: Full day tour of Kathmandu Valley
Sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple- the most sacred of the Hindu temples in Nepal dedicated to lord Shiva, built in 1696. Boudha Nath Temple- the worlds largest stupa; a sight of great reneration to the Buddhist., Swayambhunath temple - the oldest Buddhist shrine. Looking east from here, one can see the entire Kathmandu valley spread out below. and lunch break in Kathmandu durbar square. – the temple of the Living Goddess and the old Royal Palace. Finally, visit Kasthamandup – a temple built from a single tree from which the Kathmandu derives its name.And then transfer to Hotel. Overnight at he hotel.

Day07:-Kathmandu- Lhasa
Your local guide will meet you upon your arrival in Tibet and will escort you to Lhasa. On the way, you will enjoy the heart-stopping views along the Yarlong Tsangpo River (the longest river in Tibet). After arrival at your hotel, the rest of the day will be free for you to explore the local area and acclimatize yourself to this high altitude city at the top of the world.Overnight Lhasa. 

Day08:-Lhasa
The first day of sightseeing starts from Lhasa's cardinal landmark- Potala Palace, a structure of massive portions. Its towering image is shown on all travel literature, but nothing can compare to your first sight of this incredible, amazing wonder of the world. It is absolutely awe-inspiring and you will be enchanted as you visit the rooms, halls and chapels of the palace. In the afternoon, we will visit the Jokhang Temple which is the spiritual center of Tibet. Everyday, pilgrims from every corner of Tibet trek here from long distances to worship. The temple is the product of Han, Tibetan and Nepalese architectural techniques. Finally we will visit Barkhor Street which is the oldest street in this very traditional Tibetan city. Overnight Lhasa. 

Day09:-Lhasa- Drepung Monastery-Sera Monastey-Lhasa
About 8 km west of central Lhasa is the Drepung Monastery which was once the largest Monastery with over 10,000 monks. This day's sightseeing begins with these white monastic buildings piled up on the hillside. Walking up to the hill is a pleasant thing, an easy break from the solemn ambience inside the halls and chapels. At the plat roof of the hillside, you will experience wonderful views of the whole of Lhasa city and the distant mountains.Drepung is one of Lhasa's two great Gelugpa monasteries, the other is Sera. Around 5km north of central Lhasa, Sera may not be as grandiose as Drepung, but is more serene surrounded by many small temples. The 'Buddhism Scriptures Debating' in Sera is very famous. Overnight Lhasa.

Day10: Lhasa- Gyantse
Today you will be driven 300KM to the city of Gyangtse. You will experience the magnificent "Yamzhog Yumco Lake" as well as the "Kalais Kora Glacier" along your route. You will also see "Yamdrok Lake" which is like a coiling, many-armed body of water shaped like a scorpion. It doubles back on itself on the western side, effectively creating a large island within its reaches. For Tibetans, it is one of the four holy lakes of Tibet and the home of the "wrathful deities". And the home of wrathful deities. The lake lies several hundred metres below the road, and in clear weather is a fabulous shade of deep turquoise. Far in the distance is the huge massif of Mt. Nojin Kangtsang (7191m).In the afternoon, you will arrive in Gyangtse and tour the Palkhor Temple which was built in the 15th century and is situated west of Gyantse Town with mountains enclosing it on the east, west and north sides. Its uniqueness is that the three sects of Buddism – Shaja, Ningma and Guolu were able to exist in harmony under one roof. Overnight Gyantse.

Day11: Gyantse- Shigatse
Today you will travel 90KM to Shigatse which is the second largest city in Tibet. It is also the home town of the Banchen Lama. In the afternoon you will visit "Tashilumpo Monastery" which sprawls on the slops of Mount Niser, southwest of Shigatse. The monastery grounds cover an area of approximately 300,000 square meters. There are many priceless and rare historical articles in the monastery. Overnight Shigatse.

Day12: Shigatse- Lhasa
Today we will drive back to Lhasa city via Yampachen, where you can enjoy the grassland view and hot spring.

Day13: Lhasa-Departure-
Transfer to airport for onward journey.

 

 

ITINERARY-2
MEMORABLE TIBET TOUR - (TOUR CODE-CTI-MTT/092)

DURATION: 13 Nights / 14 Days
DESTINATIONS COVERED: Lhasa- Yamdrotso lake-Gyangtse-Shigatse- Lhatse- Tinggri (Shegar) - Rongbu Monastery- Evrest Base Camp/-Rongbu- Old Tinggri- Zhangmu - Border-Kathmandu -Delhi-Sariska-Ranthambhore-Jaipur-Delhi

Day 01: Arrive Lhasa
Meet & greet services then transfer to hotel.Have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude in the afternoon. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 02: Lhasa 
Today you will visit Potola Palace, Jokhang Temple,bustling bazaar along the Barkhor Street.Today, you will enjoy 1-2 hours feature service of meditation,including teaching and learning,under the guidance of a knowledgeable Lama in Jokhang Temple.We guratee your visit to Potala Palace, no matter how busy the entrance ticket purchasing is.Overnight at Lhasa.Day 03: Lhasa- Yamdrotso lake-Gyangtse-Shigatse (440km, 6hours driving.)
Morning time around 08:00am depart from Lhasa pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet (another 2 is Namtso lake and Manasarova), then to Gyangtse, visit Gyangtse Kumbum, far view of Zongshan ruins. Then go to Shigatse. Overnight at Shigatse.

Day 03: Shigatse-Lhatse- Tinggri (Shegar) (240km, 4 hours) 
Morning time to visit Tashilumpo Monastery which was Built in1447 , spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas . After lunch driving along with Friend-ship way pass Lhatse to Tinggri. One the way you will pass the checking point with your TTB permit, travel permit and passport. Then arrive at Tinggri. Buy the entrance of Everest Base Camp. Overnight at Tinggri.

Day 04: Tinggri/-Rongbu Monastery- Evrest Base Camp/-Rongbu ( 180km, 8hours drving,)
Early in the moring 07:00am driving from Tinggri to E.B.C with good road condition, most prat of road was repaired before 2008. During this route,you can have a glimpse of 4 mountains which is 8000m high or more,such as:Mt. Lhotse(8516m),Mt. Everest(8848m),Mt. Qowowuyag(8201m),Mt Mayalu(8463m). Then arrive at Rongbu Monastery. It is cold from here E.B.C. At Rongphu Monastery view to Mt. Everest it is fabulous and splendid.After walking a few minutes to arrive the place get on the animal carriage then use half of an hour arrive at Everest Base camp ( Or you also can do trekking to Everest Base Camp around 1.5-2 hours one way. It is interesting and much more warm, but hard to breath). Hiking up to the top of the photo point take pictures for the splendid- Mt. Everest. Then back to Rongpu.Overnight at Rongbu

Day 05: Rongbu- Old Tinggri- Zhangmu ( 240km, 10 hours,)
Morning time take photos of the sunrise for Mt. Everest. Then go down of moutains to Zhangmu. The road from Old Tinggri to Zhangmu is reparing you just can going from 08:00pm. Arrive at Zhangmu around 12:00pm. Next morning cross the Friend-ship Bridge cross the border by yourselves.

Day 06: Zhangmu-Border-Kathmandu
Our Guide will drop you off at next morning at the border bridge,then to cross the Friend-ship Bridge cross the border by yourselves. End the tour at China Border Tips: How to Cross the Nepal border Zhangmu is a very cute border town at around 2400m above sea level,after haveing breakfast, our guide will accompany you to China Exit Border Office in Zhangmu to regisiter and stamp your leaving. then drive you towards to border bridge.our vehicle will stop at 50m away from border bridge where the China side border check office is, you are kindly required to hike on your own to cross the border bridge which is 50ms long, then check in Nepal side, you can get the Nepal visa upon arrival with a nominal fee. Drive to Kathmandu. On arrival check in to the hotel

Day 07: Kathmandu

Day 08: Kathmandu-Delhi-
Transfer to airport for onward jorney to Delhi. On arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight Delhi. 

Day 09 :Delhi –
After breakfast full day sight seeing to Delhi, visit Red fort, Jama Masjid, India Gate,Parliament House, President House, Rajghat, Ghandhi Smriti, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar,Birla Temple, Akhsardham Temple,Humayu Tomb etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 : Delhi/Sariska
Morning breakfast then proceed to Sariska, on arrival check in to the hotel. Rest of the day city tour including Sariska Palace - built by Maharaja Jai Singh of Alwar, at the turn of the century, the Sariska Palace was a royal hunting lodge or Palace the Nature.Afternoon visit to Sariska Sanctuary. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11 : Sariska - Ranthambore –
After breakfast drive to Ranthambore.on arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 

Day 12 : Ranthambore –
Full day recreational activities like jeep safari etc. Overnight at the hotel

Day 13 : Ranthambore – Jaipur- 
After breakfast departure to Jaipur. onarrival transfer to the hotel. Afternoon, tour of the "Pink City" is spectacularly set within surrounding rugged hills, dotted with ancient ruined fortresses. Your tour will include the imposing City Palace, still home to the Maharaja although several of the rooms are now open to the public. Many antiques and artefacts belonging to the ruling family are housed here, including a collection of weaponry. You will also visit the Hawa Mahal "Palace of the Winds", and the open-air Jantar Mantar Observatory to see the vast astronomical instruments. Enjoy a stroll through the colourful bazaar before returning to your hotel. Overnight at hotel. 

Day 14: Jaipur – Delhi-Departure
Departure to Delhi. Transfer to airport for onward journey.
