Destination Covered- Cochin-Munnar-Thekkady-Kumarakom-Alleppey-Cochin-Departure

Day01: Arrival, Cochin

Arrival at Cochin’s international airport. Our representative will receive you and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
 

Day02:  Cochin tour
After breakfast full day sightseeing tour of Cochin city including Dutch palace, Matencherry, Chines Fishing net, Jewish Synagogue and St. Francisco Church. Evening enjoy the Kathakali Dance Show. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day03: Cochin –Munnar (150 Kms/3-4 Hrs)
After breakfast drive towards Munnar around 8- 9 AM. The drive through the scenically vibrant valley of the Cardamom Hills of the Western Ghats. It's a journey through extensive tea and spice plantations and for most part of our journey; the air is rendered with the fragrance of tea and spices. On the way you can also watch the lovely waterfalls in Cheeyappara and colorful flowers in Blossom Garden. On arrival check into the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day04: Munnar
After breakfast full day visit of Munnar. There are a number of tourist attractions in the hill station of Munnar. visiting the Eravikulam National Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the NilgiriTahr, visit Mattupetty Dam which offers many fascinating sights to relish. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day05: Munnar-Thekkady (Periyar National Park) (180 Kms/3-4 Hrs)

After breakfast around 8 AM & drive to Thekkady.On arrival check into the hotel at 12 noon. Later visit Periyar National park-Enjoy boat riding in Periyar Lake which surrounded by various kind of wild animals.Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day06: Thekkady-Kumarakom (160 Kms/3-4 Hrs)
After breakfast drive to Kumarakom around 8-9 AM.On arrival check into the back water resort situated near backwater canal. Later visit Kumarakon bird sanctuary. Evening free at your leisure.Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day07: Kumarakom-Alleppey (Houseboat)
Morning free at your leisure. Later drive around 11:30 AM to Alleppey (Jetty point) to embark in Houseboat. Enjoy the Houseboat riding along the backwater canal. Overnight stay at the houseboat. (All meals will be served in Houseboat).
 

Day08: Alleppey-Cochin-(65 Kms/1 Hr)-Departure
After breakfast dis-embarks from the houseboat and drive to Cochin to catch the flight for onward destination.

Day 01: Arrive Cochin

You are greeted on arrival at Kochi International Airport/Railway station by The CTI representative and thereafter transfer to Hotel. Afternoon you can go for the sightseeing of Cochin. Here you can see the St Francis Church, the oldest Church in India, 500 year old Portuguese Houses, Chinese fishing nets, 16th century Synagogue, Jew Town and Mattancherry Palace, built by Portuguese, this Palace contains some of India’s most beautiful murals. Evening go for shopping. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02: Cochin-Munnar
Morning drive to Munnar covering a distance of 130 kms / 4 hrs enroute visit Cheyyappara Waterfalls. On the way to Munnar you can see tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lush green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most of the area covered by Tata tea. On arrival check into the hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: Munnar
Morning sightseeing in Munnar which includes Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you may see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Pothamedu, Devikulam, Mattupetty, Eco-Point etc. You can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional). Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04: Munnar-Thekkady

Morning drive to Thekkady covering a distance of 110 kms / 3.5 hrs through cardamom hills. Check into the Resort. After lunch visit spice plantation like cardamom, Pepper, Coffee, and tea estate etc… On way back to hotel you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05: Thekkady-Kumarakom-Houseboat
Morning proceed to Kumarakom (125 kms / 04 hrs) which has a panoramic backwater stretches, lush paddy fields, highlands. On arrival check into a Traditional Houseboat of Kerala Style and cruise through the backwaters is the fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Stay overnight in Houseboat - Deluxe A/c 

Day 06:Houseboat-Cochin-Departure
Morning after breakfast transfer to Cochin Airport or Railway Station for the onward Journey.

Day 01 - Arrival Trivandrum – Kovalam

Day 02 - Kovalam - Trivandrum – Kovalam
Today morning after breakfast you can go for Trivandrum City tour which includes the Padmananhaswamy temple, Horse Palace, Napier Museum and the Srichitra Art Gallery. Later drive back to the hotel for the Lunch. Evening free to enjoy the beach. Stay overnight at Hotel.

Day 03 - Houseboat (Alleppey to Kumarakom)

Today morning after breakfast Proceed to Alleppey, Known as the Venice of the East. On arrival check into a Traditional Houseboat of Kerala Style. Cruise through the back waters is the fabulous way to explore the fascinating beauty of backwaters. Stay overnight in the Houseboat(A/C)

Day 04 – Thekkady
Today morning after breakfast, Houseboat will drop you at Kumarakom. Then proceed to Thekkady. On arrival, check into the Resort/Hotel. After lunch visit spice plantation like cardamom, Pepper, Coffee, and tea estate etc… On way back to hotel you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 05 –Thekkady- Munnar

Day : 01 –Bangalore - Mysore
Your Kerala south India Tour starts onn n arrival at Bangalore airport / Railway station . Our representative will meet you and transfer to Mysore (145KM On the way visit Sirangapatnam - capital of – King Hyder Ali & his son Tiger of Mysore- Tipu Sultan. Check in at the hotel on arrival. After a relax in hotel an excursion to Mysore Palace-once it was the home of the Woodeyars, built in 1912 in the Indo – Saracenic style. Ove night at the Hotel in Mysore.

Day : 02 Mysore
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Visit Chamundi Hills, Sri Chamarajendra Zoological garden, St Philomena's Church, Ranganathaswamy Temple, Gumbaz, Mysore Palace and Brindavan Gardens. Night stay in the Hotel, Mysore.

Day : 03 Mysore -Ooty 
After breakfast we shall transfer you to Ooty. Ooty is a beautiful hill station beauty with deep forests, green meadows, vast tea gardens, tall eucalyptus trees etc. On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening is free to walk around the beautiful places of Ooty.Night stay at Hotel in Ooty. 

Day 04 Ooty
0090 hrs after breakfast trip to the famous Botanical Garden, Dodda Betta Peak, Conoor Tea Gardens, Tiger Hill, Sim's Park, Dolphin's Nose, boating etc. Overnight at hotel.

Day: 05: Ooty - Munnar -
After breakfast transfer to Munnar (265 km-8 Hrs). Check in at hotel and the evening. Overnight at hotel. 

Day: 06: Munnar
After breakfast a full day sightseeing trip at Munnar – covering - Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary, home of Nilgiry Thar & Tea Plantation. Overnight stay at hotel. 

Day: 07: Periyar-Thekkady
After breakfast and check out from hotel , and we transfer you to Thekkady ( 120 Kms / 04 Hrs ). Check into hotel and after a small relax we take you for a spice plantation Tour (Optional) & later for boating in the artificial Periyar lake- its centre piece of Periyar Wildlife sanctuary also Periyar Tiger reserve (Optional). Overnight stay in hotel.

Day: 08: Periyar - Houseboat
After breakfast and we transfer you to Alleppy (165 Kms / 4.5 Hrs) 1230 hrs checks in at houseboat. Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat. Enjoy the beauty of backwater canals of Alleppey and seen in breathing green, the village slumbers by the Vembanadu Lake.. Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks and dinner will be provided in houseboat. Overnight stay on House Boat.

Day 09: Houseboat -Cochin
Morning break fast and relax in houseboat, and I reaches Alleppy jetty at 0900 hrs end of the houseboat tour and proceed to Cochin (90 Kms / 2.5 Hrs). Check into hotel and afternoon we will provide a half day sightseeing. The Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jews Street, St.Francis church, Chinese fishing net & the indo-Portuguese Museum will be visited during this time. Overnight stay at Hotel .

Day 10 Departure (From Cochin)

Day : 01 Cochin - Athirappally
Kerala water falls tour starts on arrival at Cochin airport or Railway station., We will transfer you to Athirappally .Check in to the hotel. Athirapally and Vazhachaal with beautiful waterfalls surrounded with green forests called Sholayar forests, became the most favorite tourist spots in Kerala. Athirapally waterfalls is located in Chalakkudy river, while Vazhachaal waterfalls is approximately 5 kms from Athirapally. These waterfalls flow from Western Ghats Mountain Ranges. They are also popularly known as Indian Niagara Falls.Later we take local sightseeing ,Laze in our infinity pool Fishing in the river ,Visit the tribal village or Trek to the base of the waterfall. Day : 02 Athirappally - Munnar
AM: 0900 Hrs check out from Cochin hotel after breakfast, and we take you to Munnar (140 Kms / 04 Hrs) Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. 1600 m above sea level, this hill station was the summer resort of the British Government in South India. Sprawling tea plantations, picture-book towns, winding lanes and holiday facilities make Munnar a popular hill station. Among the exotic flora found in the forests and grasslands here is the Neelakurinji. This flower which bathes the hills in blue once every twelve years will bloom next in 2006 AD. Munnar also has the highest peak in South India, Anamudi, which towers over 2695 m. Anamudi is an ideal spot for trekking.. On arrival at Munnar check into Hotel.. Overnight stay in Hotel, Munnar.

Day 03 Munnar sightseeing 
After breakfast we take you for a full day sightseeing trip of Munnar -which is a nature lover's paradise with endless teagardens lakes on western ghat hills; basically it is a tea town. covering - Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai - offering a spectacular view, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary, home of Nilgiry Thar( very rare mountain goat), considering the ecological faunal, floral, geo- morphological and zoological significant & Tea Plantation. Later return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day : 04 Munnar - Periyar
AM: 0900 Hrs check out from Hotel after breakfast and we take you to Thekkady (120 Kms / 4 Hrs) drive. Thekkady is one of India’s most fascinating natural wildlife sanctuaries , where you can watch wildlife sanctuaries , where you can watch wildlife at close range .The vegetation the flora & fauna and the birds of Thekkady are uniquely rich vast & varied that it does not bear semblance to any other wildlife sanctuaries in the world .even a casual visitor to the place will not fail to observe the special ecological pattern of thekkady.In the periyar forest of Thekkady is one of the finest wildlife reserve in India & spread across the entire district are picturesque plantations & hill towns that hold great opportunities for treks & mountain walks.A cruise on through the water of periyar lake around which the wild-life sanctuary is situated offers a soul - stirring pleasant experience. Afternoon at leisure of go for a spice plantation tour( optional) or experience the ayurvedic massage ( optional) overnight at Thekkady.

Day : 05 Periyar 
After breakfast expedience the mind bowing view of calm crystal clear Periyar Lake, whistles of birds and murmurings of wild animals will seduce your mind for romance. Overnight stay at Hotel, Thekkady.

Day : 06 Periyar- Kumarakom
0900 Hrs after breakfast check out from Hotel and we drive down to Kumarakom (145 Kms / 4 Hrs)On the shores of the enchanting vembanad lake , 14 km form Kottayam , lies kumarakom a small-town .the most interesting area in the backwater is the ‘Kuttanad’ region called rice bowl of kerala .Kumarakom is just one little village in this region on the banks of the beautiful vembanad lake .The village of kumarakom is a cluster of little island s on the vembanad lake .& is a part of the kuttanad region .The bird sanctuary in kumarakom is spread across 14 acres is a favourite haunt of migratory birds & ornithologist’s paradise.On arrival at Kumarakom visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and later check in at hotel in, Evening go for Sunset cruise (optional) or enjoy the beauty of backwater by just relaxing near Vembanadu Lake. 

Day 07 Kumarakom Houseboat
Morning at leisure at resort, 1230 hrs checks in at houseboat. Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals of Kumarakom & Alleppey and seen in breathing green, the village slumbers by the Vembanadu Lake. On cruise scenery flashes up vivid contrasts of lush green and deep blues. As the boat glider along the gorgeous green of the fringed palms the ripples in the blue water blend in to little wavelets.
