It is designed for preventing the deposition of calcium, iron, and iron oxide. It also aids in the removal of existing scale from the water boiler. It also contains a corrosion inhibitor that forms a protective passive film over the boiler heat transfer surface which prevents contact with oxygen, carbon dioxide corrosion products & scale-forming ions, thus inhibiting the scale formation and minimizing the silica fouling.
