BL Pasta Improver 50 must be added and mixed well in the pasta flour during mixing before addition of process the water
 
Optimum dosage of BL Pasta Improver 50 depends on: 
 
Type, quality and general condition of suji used
Recommended dosage is 50 gms/100 kg of flour
Optimum dosage should be determined by trials

Storage and Handling Precautions:
 
Store it in a cool place and avoid keeping it in direct sunlight. At 50oC the activity loss after one year should not be more than 5-10%
Enzyme dust may cause irritation when inhaled
