Appearance is Brown coloured liquid having Specific gravity as 1.15, operating temp is 30-600oC, Operating pH range is 5.5-6.5, and is soluble in water
Operating Conditions:
The optimum saccharification condition will depend upon raw material, processing time, pH and temperature, dry solid concentration, enzyme dosage and desired end product
Dosage:
Dosage recommended is 0.9 to1.2 kg /Tone of starch
Packing:
BL-Glucoamylase is available with 25 kg Jerry cans
Storage stability and Handling Precautions:
Store it in cool and dry place and avoid keeping it in direct sunlight
It will retain its maximum activity for minimum 3 months when stored bellow 25 unnecessary contact with product should be avoided
