Product Details:

 
BL- Lipase is a food grade enzyme preparation specially designed for baking industry.   
 
Dosage:
 
0.2-0.5 grams/100kg of flour
 
Advantages:
 
Improved bread tolerance, baking performance and bread characteristics.
Modifies the natural lipid present in the flour and improves the flour strength
Can be used in wide range of flour having varying gluten levels to increase the water absorption
Good finer grain texture and better volume and softness
 
Physical characteristics and process parameters:
 
It is a light yellow to brown colored dry powder and carries a slight smell of fermented products.
Optimum pH range:        4.5   to 5.5
Optimum temperature range:    40°C to 60°C (OPTIMUM 55°C)
 
Packaging:
 
BL-Lipase is available in 20 kg fiber drum.
 
Storage and Handling  Precautions:
 
Store it in cool place and avoid keeping it in direct sunlight. At 5°C the activity loss after one year should not be more than 5-10 %. Enzyme dust may cause irritation when inhaled. Unnecessary contact with product should be avoided. In case of spillage or contact with eyes or skin, rinse the affected area promptly with plenty of water.
