Semi Automatic Weigh Filler

We source our range of Semi Automatic Weigh Fillers from various renowned manufacturers in the market. These fillers are generally vertical filling machines that are used to manually fill sugar, grains, pulses, tea, wafers, namkeen and dry fruits in high quality packing material such as jars, pouches and bottles. The kg capacity of hopper for the product is mainly fitted in this machine and the contact parts are in SS-304. Our manufacturers make sure that all the mild steel parts of the machines are perfectly powder coated. Furthermore, this PLC based single head linear electronic weight filler has a facility to weigh the filling material in a separate pan. This pan is generally mounted on the load cell so as to give high output & accuracy.

Moreover, the PLC & its modules allow the direct processing of the load cell output. This PLC also controls the vibrators & pan opening. Besides, there are two distinct vibrator controllers for adjusting the feed rate of the vibrator feeders. The vibrators are timely switched off after achieving the desired weight, and thereafter, as per the requirements, the ready pay can be discharged into the bottle/pouch/jar. In addition to this, we manually seal the pouch and cap of jar & bottle.
