We are proud to state that in January 2011, we recieved the Patent approval from Controller Of patents & Design of Government of  India .Our excellent quality Milk Pasteurization Plant, installed in a standard 40 FT export container can be easily  commissioned in the rural area where the sufficient quantity of raw milk is available for processing in to the  completely filtered, leveled, pasteurized and pouch packed processed milk for ready consumption of human being. Further, this plant is   fabricated with the help of high grade stainless steel that is in compliance with the international quality standards. Our project for diaries include milk processing, pasteurizing & packing.

Our ready to use miniature diary project, namely 'Milk Pasteurization Plant' is free from any construction of building, since, it comes inside a standard 40’ sea worthy export container. Being a housing of the project, the container also facilitates power connections, drinking water connections & drainage at all requisite points. This way, there is no delay in the commissioning of the project. The project is apt for both, fresh or powdered milk, which  allows the production of around 1000 liters of milk per hour (Approx 20,000 litres per day. Suitable for all small & medium scale cattle farms, the container can be installed nearby the farm, where the milk can be processed. This includes CIP Tank, Refrigeration Tank, Hot Water Generator, Electric Panel, Balancing Tank, Cream Separator, Disc Filter, Plate Heat Exchanger, Simplex Filter ,Homogenizer, Milk Storage Tank, Milk Pump and Pouch Packing Machine.

Moreover, the fully automatic process right from the feeding of raw milk to the balancing tank and then packing of the processed milk into pouches by means of  equipment  interconnected with the CIP pipe lines. The WAter pipe line and electrical connections are completely fitted in the plant.
