Filter Cartridges designed by our experts overcome the compatibility related limitations of fabric or synthetic fiber media with respect to temperature and chemicals. Thus, the Filter Cartridges can resist high differential pressure and very high temperatures. To increase the area of filtration, the Filter Cartridge elements can be in different configurations such as plain cylindrical or pleated. 

 

Available in SS 304, SS 316, Brass, Aluminium and Fiber Glass materials, the Filter Cartridges can also be made in Polyester, Nylon and Paper materials. In general, the filters have the support of coarser filter media so that main filtering media is not damaged directly and there are no problems under process. To check whether the product joints or seams have larger openings than the pore size, a bubble test can be done. the filter elements are designed to ensure that they are easy to wash & reuse and to prevent the migration of media, SS material is used.
