PP Filter Press

PP Filter Press/Polypropylene Filter Press is a kind of structure which provides close chamber for filtration. Structure is either made of cast iron steel. Plates are made from Polypropylene and arranged into the structure. The plates are tightened by different methods like manual capstan type, ratchet type, hand hydraulic and power pack operated hydraulic cylinder.

PP Filter press can be equipped with either chamber type filter plates. These type of plates allows center feeding with high rate of feeding rate compare to old plate and frame type filter plates. This higher size feeding nozzle allows fast filtration. Our range provides maximum filtration efficiency and less maintenance throughout its service life.

In such cases where it is not required for the filtrate to have any contact with air, the eyes may be put together to form an one stretch passage (closed type). These variations allow the filter cloths to have holes punched into them parallel to the feed hole position in the plate.
