SVICPL has capability to design Graphite Falling Film Absorbers to produce high concentration Hydrochloric Acid. The falling film absorbers are designed taking into consideration the feed gas composition and pressure. Special blocks are designed for this application to ensure high absorption rate of hydrogen chloride. The product acid concentration is 33% (w/w).
