Block Type Graphite

SVICPL is engaged in designing and manufacturing a wide range of Block Type Graphite Heat Exchangers for miscellaneous applications such as heating, cooling and condensation. SVICPL has capability to design heat exchangers to meet customer’s process duty conditions. More than 35 block models are available. Each is provided with different process and service side holes, length and process heat transfer area. The heat exchangers of SVICPL are therefore, optimized for performance as well as price using right block model. SVICPL heat exchangers are made of impervious graphite and well known for reliability of performance. The impervious graphite of SVICPL heat exchangers has excellent thermal conductivity. The SVICPL graphite tube heat exchangers are meant for the efficient handing of chemicals that are highly corrosive in nature. Depending upon chemical being handled, SVICPL heat exchangers are designed and manufactured for temperature ranging from -200C to 1700C. SVICPL heat exchangers are generally designed for test pressures of 6.0 Kg/cm2, however can offer higher test pressures depending upon customers requirements.
