Green Cover Flux
It is used for recovering Aluminum from the hot dross without melting again, which saves the cost of remelting. This flux and red hot dross are added alternately in sandwich fashion in the perforated vessel or bogie. The dross is stirred continuously every 15 minutes till no more metal falls through holes of vessel. The application rate of this flux is 5-10 %. Packing: 50 packets of 1 kg. Packed in 50 kgs. Double Polylined Hessian sacks, which is solid enough to withstand shakes and jolts of transportation.
