Agnihotra (Fire Puja) is held daily at 8:30 AM. The fire puja is an ancient ritual described in the Vedas and performed with Vedic mantras. Ghee and herbs (samagri) are offered in to the surrounding area. This is also a metaphor for our releasing negative emotions and outmoded ways of being for transformation. The vibrations of the mantras purify the energy pathways and vibrate the brain to allow for new neural pathways to be developed.
