(a) for ctc it is vertically vibrating machine used as withered leaf feeder to supervane rotorvane. Vibrating action of the machine breaks the lump of withered and feed the leaf evenly to supervane rotorvane. It also cleans withered leaf from foreign particles and dust through sieving operation. (b) for orthodox it is also used after rolling table to extract 1st fine and 2nd fine from rolled tea during orhtodox manufaturing by using a perforated tray of specific hole size.full load consumption is less than 1 hp design of hopper is macth to break the lump of withered leaf. its specific vibrating action help in efficiet sifting, cooling and lump breaking. silent block bushes are provided for noise free operation.
