A very important component of most industries such as textiles and paper making are transmission systems. Most common and basic transmission components are flat belt transmission systems. Such systems are of high-speed and consume very low power.
We offer a range of flat belt pulleys, flat belt idler pulleys on crown that are molded and hence are easy to center the belt. This ensures that the outside flanges are not continuously abraded and are centered for maximum support at the center. The proper centering is what makes the pulley handle the entire load. We use flat belt drives that are ideal as tracking sleeves and other mechanisms to ensure the belt is a flat pulley.
