Main Welding Line

The Main welding line is tailor-made as per customers requirement (i.e. taking into consideration the width of the laminated fabrics). The 2 heads on either side of the machine will be used for side sealing with rope reinforcement and the other heads for center sealing.

Maximum 40 mts/min. (Subject to quality of products and width of product)
Welding Edge width variable in the range of 25 mm. to 45 mm.
 

Output

40 Mt/Min at optimum speed. (Depending on operating conditions)
 

Machines

Robust steel structure to resist heaviest of load, solid. Steel structure for mounting electronic, electrical assemblies.

 

Drive

With heavy duty chain and sprocket drive from reduction gear box.
 

Control panel

Fitted with digital controllers. Ampere Meter’s and M.C.B. Backed up circuit. Main Drive, Frequency Controlled D.C. Drive.
 

Heating System

Force Heated Air through nozzles fitted with heaters comprising of imported components to resist Temperature form 00 C. to 1000 C. for continuous working.
