Functions & Characteristics
This machine is the main procedure of carton production, which can finish partial pressing, slotting, chamfering, punching, handle attaching, die-cutting and molding at one time (except deformed cartons and boxes).
This machine adopts imported high quality arc blade (saw-tooth blade used in die flattening) and imported die-cutting blade cushion (high quality rubber used in die flattening) to ensure the cut smoothness of blade for chamfering and slotting, without burrs.
Characteristics: the bottom shaft of die-cutting blade cushion during work can freely move in the same level, the rotary die-cutting operation can realize its replacement to ensure the cut without dual blade marks and improve the service life of blade cushion.
This machine mainly improves the product quality, which can match in excellence with that of stroke machine and rotary die-cutting machine. Also it can save much cost for die-making and further improve the safety factor.
This machine adopts spray lubrication which can achieve lubrication of each transmission gear.
