Kewra Oil

Product Specialization:- Kewda needs tropical climate with good rainfall for favorable growth. In the coastal region of Ganjam. It is propagated by branches and aerial roots. The oil from kewra flowers has relatively high solubility in water. An optimum care has to be taken to control the rate of distillation and to avoid collecting excess distillate water in order to isolate the kewra oil. The kewda oil is obtained traditionally from the distillation of flowers relatively low temperature and pressure due to relatively high solubility of kewra oil. Kewra attar is prepared by distillation of the ripe spa dices with water kewra attar is one of the most popular perfumes extracted and used in India since ancient times.

Uses :- Kewra oil and attar is very popular for Indian ancient times. It blends well with almost all types of fancy perfumes used for scenting clothes, bouquets, lotions. cosmetics, soaps, hair oils, tobacco and agarbatti etc. Kewra oil and attar are used for chewing tobacco preparations and Indian sweets.
