M.R. Grade Ply Novaply M.R Grade ply is created out of high density hardwood veneers pealed from timber procured from the global market. Urea melamine formaldehyde resin bond gives the product enough strength to resist warm water up to 8 hrs. IS 710 Marine Grade Ply Novaply B.W.P marine grade ply is an improved version of conventional B.W.R grade ply. Plywoods are pressed under high temperature and pressure and is bonded with superior grade resin resulting in a product which is dimensionally stable, structurally strong, exceptionally durable and has superior nail holding capacity. Use of superior phenol formaldehyde resin of conventional 72 hrs. The quality of timber used stands firm to resist fungus, rot and other destructive micro-organism on its own. But Novaply is further treated with high quality preservatives, which makes it free from borer and termite. Block Board The use of kiln seasoned and preservative treated high density timber makes Novaply Block Board more durable and dependable. Block Boards are pressed under high temperature and pressure in a product with dimensional stability, mechanical strength and high screw holding capacity. Our boards are weather proof and do not twist under wood working conditions. Flush Door The use of kiln seasoned and preservative treated high density timber makes Novaply Flush Door more durable and dependable. Face veneers and cross-bands are made from select imported hardwood timber which are uniformly dried to optimum moisture. Superior grade phenol formaldehyde resin provides 100% boiling water proof bonding. Moulded Panel Door If quality is your focus, then Novaply moulded panel door should be your density. Film Faced Shuttering Ply Novaply film face shuttering plywood is manufactured as per IS 4990: 1993 specifications. Use of copper chrome arsenic composition with a retention of not less than 12 kg/cm2 guarantees the product use over and over again.
