We manufacture and supply Digital Oil Bath. Double walled outer mild steel and stainless steel & Inner S.S.304 argon welded digital oil bath is supplied with thermostat. Temp. ranges from 50 C to 300 C ± 5 C.
Electric Oil baths are made entirely of 18/8 stainless steel with double walls and carrying handles. The inner tank is moulded from one single piece of steel; the heating elements are distributed below the tank, and all baths are fitted with a drain valve. The baths are insulated with rock fibre; this type of insulation reduces energy consumption by about 10/20% compared to traditional heaters. The digital model features electronic pre-set temperature regulation thanks to the PID microprocessor; temperature control is provided by the PT 100 sensor and a second safety thermostat with red warning light which starts functioning when the liquid exceeds at least 5°C of the set values.
