Application

• The machine is suitable for cleaning of free flowing material & seeds and grains of all kinds like wheat, rice, barley, maize etc. seeds, grains are fed in to a feed hopper where that are evenly distributed by a feed roller and drop through a controlled gate on the top sieve before falling on top screen grains are subjected to primary aspiration which drains off chaff straw dust deceased grains etc. and are collected in a spout. In this spout there is provision of gate which allows the lifted material to thrown outside . the bigger scalps or oversize material is collected in the self cleaning spouts and the material which passes through the top screens moves over the bottom screen before coming in contact with secondary aspiration ensuring quality cleaning of product. The undersize is collected in bags through self cleaning spouts.
