Certified organic Aromatic Joha Rice from Assam. The grain size varies from medium to small, although long grain variety is also available. This variety of rice is indigenous, and cultivated primarily in Assam, India. Joha rice is rich in antioxidants and flavanoids and its delicate and distinctive aroma is due to the presence of phenolic substances. Comparatively, it tastes better than Sona Masoori and has an aroma more pleasant than Basmati. We have over 300ha. under organic cultivation of Joha rice in Assam.
