The inline laboratory dispersing machine labor- pilot 2000/4 is a homogenizing and dispersing all-rounder that can easily be converted from one process module to another. Six different modules are available. The laboratory dispersing machine labor- pilot is suited for homogenizing, dispersing, suspending, solid-liquid mixing, and wet milling. The design concept of the laboratory dispersing machine allows for a very quick and easy replacement of individual modules. The laboratory dispersing machine labor- pilot modules can be customized to fit particular procedural demands. Important process parameters of the laboratory dispersing machine labor- pilot such as circumferential speed, tools and processing chamber geometry are structurally identical to those from the Series 2000 production machines: UTL, DR, DRS, MHD, MK and MKO. This allows for the constant shear stress to be reached with all machine sizes and ensures a reliable scale-up. 

 

The laboratory dispersing machine labor- pilot 2000/4 can be upgraded to a high-speed dispersing machine with the labor- pilot- controller.
