Squeeze desired amount of shadow SPF 30+ on fingertips and apply over entire Face, Neck and Chest 15 min prior to sun exposure. Re-apply after Swimming, Sweating, Physical activity or as needed. When using this product, don’t let it get in to your eyes. Rinse with water to remove.
