Centralized Control Panel
The control panel consists of air hydro pump to develop hydrostatic pressure. The operation of the pump is achieved with the help of compressed air with a working pressure of 3 to 6Kg/ cm2. This is a self reciprocating pump with a provision of controlling the pressure from 1.5 to 15Kg/ cm2 of type test and 5 to 50Kg / cm2 in case of acceptance test. Each testing station is provided with isolating valve bleed system, electrical contact type pressure gauge, range 0-16Kg / cm2 in case of type test and 0-60Kg/ cm2 in case of acceptance test, hour meter to register the total time the sample under test pressure, pressure regulator to adjust the test pressure inside the hydraulic accumulator and compressed air controls to operate the air hydro pumps. The system is provided with electrical interlocking with pressure gauge and solenoid valve to maintain required test pressure in the sample which in under test and to put off the hour meter if the pressure in the specimen or temperature in the type test water bath drops.
Bleed system is provided in the control panel to bleed out air trapped in the specimen while assemblying the same with locking plugs. Provision for ca liberating the pressure gauge constantly in use with master gauge (optional) is provided in the control panel, so that the caliberation of gauges can be done without removing the same from the panel.
A caliberation master gauge, can be supplied with caliberation certificate at an extra cost. We can offer the following combinations of control panel.

Optional Accessories
master pressure gauge calibrated from an approved testing laboratory with certificate at an extra cost. Above equipment with type test station are suitable for hydrostatic creep repture test for hdpe popes as per IS : 4984-2000.
