Features of Elite Gold Premium Wallputty
Elite Gold Premium Wallputty not required any curing. Applied on both interior/exterior surface. It prevent from algae and fungi on wall. Any kind of paint/distemper can be applied on it. It a cementations material it has better adhesiveness and durability. No need to apply any kind of primer before application of paint/distemper.
Application
Mix Elite Gold Premium Wallputty with 30-35% clean water slowly to make a paste. Continue the mixing for 10-15 minute till a uniform paste is formed. Always prepare a required quantity of putty and use with in 2-3 hrs. of mixing of with water. Apply the first coat on already moistened wall surface from bottom to upward direction uniformly with help of putty blade. Leave the surface to dry for at last 3 hour and then apply second coat of putty. After drying the first coat of putty just rub the surface gently with wet sponge with a putty blade in order to remove loose particles. Leave the surface to dry preferably for over might. Total thickness of the coat should be limited to maximum 1.5 mm. Gently level the wall/ceiling surface with very fine water proof emery paper of not less than 500 number to get a glossy white surface.
Coverage
The coverage area of Elite Gold Premium Wallputty on smooth normal mortar wall is 20 to 25 sq. ft/kg/mm in double coat. Coverage area, however, will depend upon the quality of the substrate.
Precaution During Application
The total thickness of the coats should be limited to maximum 1.5mm. Putty should be done over fully cured surface. Mixing of wall putty thorough hand and mechanical stirrer in order to get best result.
Storage
Should be store in dry place. Storage life is 6 month.
