DAUJI provide a comprehensive range of filter end-caps to suit a very wide variety of standard and non-standard filters. End Caps with unusual profile are our specialty, which can be used in different application areas. For custom End-caps, we specialize in quickly developing Dies/Press Tools and Moulds for End Caps of any unusual and non-standard profiles specific to any particular customer requirement /application areas. Metal End caps are available for a wide variety of dust collector cartridges - we have developed end caps for Nedermann caps, Oval caps, RD series caps, Tenkay and also of non-standard design which have been developed as per customer specific requirements. Metal end caps come in a variety of metal grades and finish like CRCA, St/ Steel – 304 & 316, Aluminium & GPSP. Plastic End Caps have good strength, chemical resistance and can easily work upto a temperature of 120°C. For service temperature higher than 120°C, special grades of plastic end caps have been developed. We can supplied plastic end caps in a very high quality finish in a variety of composites: Glass-Filled Nylon, PP, ABS and HIPS. Aluminium End Caps are supplied generally in LM6 alloys and are either gravity die casted or pressure die casted. They are supplied with 3 or 4 lugs in both standard and specific customer design requirement. Conductive Plastic End Caps have surface resistivity between 106 ohms/sq to 109 ohms/sq. Conductive and anti–static caps are composed of conductive additives with insulating thermoplastic base resins like ABS, Glass Filled nylon and other.
