Ultrasonicator Cleaner

Ultrasonic Cleaner is based on Cavitation effect caused by high frequency ultrasonic wave vibration signal in fluid. Microscopic bubbles are formed and they implode violently that cause Cavitation, which gives out great impact to the cleaning subject and provides an intense scrubbing action on the surface of cleaning subject.

Additionally, the bubbles are small enough to penetrate even microscopic crevices, cleaning them thoroughly and consistently.

Our ultrasonic bath comes with fixed as well as with variable frequency on request. Drain valve is provided for quick and easy draining and refilling.

Applications:

1. Ultrasonic processors are generally used as cleaner in various labs and wide range of industries.

2. In life science laboratory, sonicating probes are extremely useful for disrupting cells and tissues rapidly and thoroughly.
