Polyurethane Transparent Sealer

It is possible to coat up to 3 layers. The first layer dries about 1 hour at 20°C. After that it is possible to cover other layers without grinding. The following curing agents are recommended: CT23 for usual use, CT35 for achievement of good coating ability.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:
Density: 0,970 + 0,01 kg/l (g/sm3 at 20°C)
Viscosity: (DIN 4 at 200C) 50» + 5
Dry rest: 49% + 1
PREPARATION:
Mix well in the following proportions:
  FPU52 ............100 weight parts;
  CT23 ..............50 weight parts;
        ..............or CT35 50 weight parts;
  DPU800 .........10 40 weight parts.
Recommended working viscosity from 13 up to 15.

COMPLETE CYCLE OF SURFACES FINISHING
 1 BASIS wood mass or veneer.
 2 PRESERVATIVE series CTE5000 on solvent or on water basis.
 3 DRYING on water basis 4 hours, on solvents minimum 15 minutes.
 4 BASE COAT FPU52/CT23 1 2 layers with endurance about 1 hour.
 5 POLISHING minimum in 2 4 hours or in the next day by sand paper 280 360.
 6 FINISHING series OPU77g.../CT23 finishing PU mat universal varnish.
 7 STOCKPILING in 12 hours.
