Pemetrexed for injection is supplied as a sterile lyophilized powder for intravenous infusion available in single-dose vials. Pemetrexed for injection is indicated in combination with cisplatin therapy for the initial treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer.
