Hydrogenation Plant
We have designed and developed an advanced range of hydrogenation plant to ensure the quality of the hard fats produced. The plant can be used for producing hard fats of same quality required for formulating and processing food products like vegetable ghee, margerine, shortening, confectionery fats and other cooking fats. Our integrated hydrogenation plant allows the oils and fats to be neutralised and bleached, removing traces of soap and impurities that may poison the metal catalyst.
As each hydrogenated products require a specific set of operating conditions, the hydrogenation plant permits fine calibration of variables like hydrogen pressure, hydrogen dosage, final reaction temperature and degree of mixing.
